Partial Outage - Canada/USA 

[OUTAGE] 2021-SEPTEMBER-29

Several regions in Canada / US are currently being affected by partial outages on the public telephone network.

Effects of these outages include unconnected calls with an error message, missing audio channels on connected calls and call quality problems.

We are doing everything we can to report these issues and follow them with our carriers.

Maintenance Impact 

VoIP phone service will be unavailable for 10-15 minutes. VoIP phones can take up to 60 minutes to reregister automatically with the server. Rebooting the device will cause the phone to re-register immediately
