Affecting System - Cloud PBX
Several regions in Canada / US are currently being affected by partial outages on the public telephone network.
Effects of these outages include unconnected calls with an error message, missing audio channels on connected calls and call quality problems.
We are doing everything we can to report these issues and follow them with our carriers.
Affecting Other - Voice Over IP
CloudPBX is experiencing intermittent issues with their services. It affects Incoming, Outgoing, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response). We will continue to monitor progress on this outage and update once we know more.
