This guide explains how to make a phone call with your VoIP phone

You must be a Sr Geek Consulting VoIP Cloud Services user

You do not need to dial 9 to make an outside call. You also do not need to dial 1 before a “long distance” number.

Simply dial the 10 digit number (or 3 digit extension) you would like to reach.

You can jump between the handset, speakerphone, and headset by pressing the appropriate button on your desk phone.
